PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) is an engineering thermoplastic which shows remarkable chemical resistance, electrical insulating properties and a low friction coefficient than almost any other materials. PTFE was originally discovered in 1938 by Roy J. Plunkett who worked as a chemist at Du Pont in the United States. PTFE was commercialized, in 1946 under the trademark of Teflon® which is recognized worldwide.

Our main PTFE products are; Molded PTFE Rods & Bushes from 15 mm diameter to 300 mm. These products are reinforced with various filler such as; Virgin, Bronze-Filled, Carbon Fiber-Filled and Glass Fiber-Filled to modify the properties of PTFE to meet application requirements.

All our PTFE products are produced in Italy by our Italian Partner with %100 prime virgin raw materials.


Virgin grade PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) is made from virgin PTFE resin. This virgin grade PTFE, and its advanced properties make it an ideal choice of material for a wide range of applications, especially for those requiring high temperature and chemical resistance whereas;


Virgin PTFE are frequently compounded with specific fillers such as; Glass Fibers, Bronze Powder, Carbon Fibers and ect., to add strength and enhance the mechanical properties to fulfil the customer’s specific requirements.

PTFE + 40% & 60% BRONZE

Bronze is most commonly mixed in a 40% or 60% ratio. Bronze compounds have higher hardness, lower wear, higher comprehensive strength, better dimensional stability, higher thermal conductivity, lower creep and cold flow than most other compounds.


Virgin PTFE is reinforced with 25% glass fibres. The added glass fibre improves compressive properties by as much as 40% and improves wear resistance greatly.
